Image bank: Modern torch

Modern torch
Firefighters carry a torch clipped to the front their uniform to help them see in dark, gloomy conditions. Often at fires there are no electric lights, and lots of incidents happen at night time so a torch is important to see any obstacles that might be in their path, or to find people trapped inside a building.
